Why it's worth it
No more typing it in
You take the photo: the supplier, the date, the line items, the discount, the VAT (מע״מ) and the total are already filled in. You read it over and approve.
You can see where you stand
How much you owe, to whom, and since when. Anything overdue climbs to the top on its own, the oldest first.
Your originals are filed away
Every document you photograph is filed on its own in your Google Drive: invoices in the supplier's or the customer's folder, credit notes (זיכוי) and Z reports in theirs. You can find them again if the tax authority asks.
Questions about the price
Is there a limit on invoices?
No, no limit at all: expenses and income alike, you save as many as you want. Scanning itself runs at 40 documents an hour — enough to clear a good pile in one sitting.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You don't need a credit card for the 14 days. You try it on your own real invoices, then you decide.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, at any time and with no commitment: tell us and we stop straight away. Your documents stay with you, in your own Google Drive — there is nothing to retrieve.
Are there any other charges?
No. One plan, and everything is in it: the scanning, the balances, the account statements in PDF, the cash and deposits, the price tracking, the payslips, the filing in your Drive, and Sarah.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Hechbonit opens in the browser on your phone and on your computer. All you need is a Google account: your originals are filed in YOUR Google Drive, and connecting takes one click the first time. On a phone you can add Hechbonit to your home screen: it then opens full screen, like an app.
